In 1982, husband and wife team Gregg Braha and Gina Solazzi opened Pasta di Solazzi for the first time. After 20+ years running a successful market and deli, they are going back to the basics. Simple, authentic, fresh pasta made with semolina, eggs, and water. Nothing more, nothing less.
Pasta di Solazzi is an ode to the food the Solazzi/Braha family loves to eat, and the whole family is back in business. Alex, Kia, and Madeleine grew up in the original pasta store, embarked on careers of their own, and are all back to launch a venture with their parents once again.
Re-envisioned for a new time, but still providing the same high-quality food products, the new Pasta di Solazzi is focused on what we do really well: fresh pasta and sauce.
Our pasta is made as it always has been, on the same Italian machine, extruded through bronze dies for the perfect fresh pasta texture, one that grabs onto sauces and brings all the flavor.
Our favorite sauces are back, and we guarantee one will become your new favorite as well. Reheat in a sauce pan and claim it's your own secret recipe, we won't tell!
