The Pasta

Our pasta is made with only three ingredients: semolina, eggs, and water, and is extruded through a traditional Italian machine with bronze dies. Our traditional pasta machine has been working in the family for over 40 years, and isn't stopping any time soon!

Fusilli

Corkscrews that catch and hold chunky or thick sauces. Fun for all ages!

Linguine

Skinny, flat pasta originally from Liguria. We think of it as the better spaghetti. And you know what they say? More spaghetti, less upsetti.

Rigatoni

Ridged tubes with flat cut ends that are perfect for baked dishes, pasta salads, and chunky sauces. Try it in our Quattro Formaggi!

Spinach Fettuccine

Our favorite shape in our favorite color! Wide, flat pasta infused with chopped spinach makes for a beautiful and healthy bite.
